MEET BEN!

In his ten-plus years of practice, Ben has earned a reputation for zealous advocacy, aggressive litigation, and putting his clients first. Ben is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, as well as all New York state courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Ben has also previously served as court appointed counsel for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.

Ben earned his juris doctor and graduated with honors from the University of Miami School of Law. Ben is a proud father of three who enjoys travel, writing, and golf.
